I bought my coat because I am such a Doctor Who fan, I also ordered the faux suede version of the coat. Really, if you are umming and ahhing about whether or not to buy this coat. Do it. It looks exactly what The Doctor's looks like plus it's a great coat I can wear to any occasion. I recommend the suede version.
On customer service, Indy was the best person I have ever dealt with when ordering on the internet. Many emails were sent backwards and forwards regarding modifications that I wanted done to the coat. He was so good to put up with my questions and modifications.
If you are worried about measurements, you shouldn't be. Indy helped me with everything when measuring plus recommending how I could make it a bit larger to grow into. The coat fits brilliantly, the correct length, everything. I am so pleased I just can't help looking at it in my wardrobe.
Overall,
Magnoli Clothiers is one THE best online stores I have ever dealt with. I love the quality, I loved the service, it is well worth the price. I will defiantly buy from here again.
