A fantastic coat. I opted for a higher-quality tweed, and it manages to look both vintage and modern at the same time. This coat is a great departure from off-the-rack blandness.

I got a different fabric than was listed here and it worked out really well. I love the way the jacket looks. I got it with the "teak" fabric and with the pattern listed here and it looks great! It'll pair well with jeans and a pair of brown trousers for days at work. Definitely a nice alternative to my other sport jackets and not something you can get off the rack.

I teach physics and calculus and like the ad-copy says, the classic tweed jacket is positively de rigueur. Mine was specified with extra pockets so I could cram more stuff into it. (NB, no PDA emulator can replace the outstanding haptics of the HP-48GX, sigh) Fit is sharp and crisp and the material is a tightly woven wool that keeps me warm when the chilly southerlies (NZ) come in.
