Most of our facilities have no come out of lock-down, though there are still some delays caused by the bottlenecking of the backlog. Please keep in mind the following when placing your order:

• There may be delays in shipping, both on our end as well as locally. Please check with your local post and couriers to see if there are any disruptions in service in your area.
• Courier shipping (usually via DHL) seems to be more stable than airmail at the moment, so best to choose this option when ordering in-stock items. All courier shipments are sent with a tracking number for security. Many local couriers have taken to leaving packages without signature by default to avoid unnecessary contact. Keep this in mind when expecting packages. UPDATE: Airmail packages now have an additional surcharge during this period, so courier shipping is an even better option now.
• Made-to-measure orders will be processed as usual. Specialty materials or colors that we don't have in stock that normally are sourced at time of order will likely cause additional delays as some of our material suppliers and local markets have been closed. Items made from standard materials and colors should be able to be produced as usual. UPDATE: Some leather and casual jackets could be delayed up to three months due to local lockdowns in some of our production centers.
