I've mostly owned solid color ties, so this was a little different kind of tie for me to be wearing. Luckily, it's such a great tie. First off, it's 100% silk, so it's very soft, light, and ties easy. It's construction is excellent. But I just love the design. It just screams futuristic and Dr. Who. The petagons on it are like the pentagon things all around the Doctor's ship, the TARDIS. The blue, especially the light blue bars, just have a space-kind of feel to it. It's hard to explain, but this tie just feels "future." Great tie if you're looking for a different design and want to be on the cutting edge of 24th century fashion. Highly recommended, even if you're not a fan of Doctor Who!..

It's good to be wearing this subtle nod to a classic television show. It's more than just a fanboy replica, of course: it's a very stylish item that attracts (approving) attention, and has quickly become my favourite tie. It arrived nice and quickly too...

I've owned lots of ties, mainly brought from the store,(fairly expensive ones too), but this is the best out of all of them. The silk is incredibly smooth and the workmanship superb. this tie will see me on many adventures...

Absolutely splendid silk tie that matches the one worn by David Tennant in Doctor Who series two. You would pay much more in a department store for a tie of this quality. I was so impressed I bought two!..
