Always well made and good quality cloth. The help and guidance given by the sales team and Joachim in particular has been invaluable in achieving the look and fit that I required. Also the ability to have these made in a Gabardine cloth for a lighter summer use trouser has provided an extra depth to this product. Achieving a high waisted fit took some time but in the end the fit is perfect. Thank you to the whole team for such care and assistance...

As a vintage clothing fanatic, I can attest that these trousers are the best quality reproduction I have ever come across on the Internet. The 100% wool flannel is thick and durable with a beautiful drape. The pleats are spaced correctly and deep enough to not gape open, as unfortunately is the case in many modern pleated trousers. There is also a functional watch/coin pocket hidden in the waist seam, which is also an awesome period detail.
Furthermore, I cannot commend Indy's customer service enough. I asked for slightly wider legs in addition to a slim waist for my trousers, and all of my instructions were followed to the letter. The trousers also shipped unbelievably fast an arrived in good condition. My purchase from Magnoli is no doubt the first of many more to come!..

This was my first purchase from Indy and I am delighted! This style of trouser, high rise with double forward pleats is now nigh-on impossible to find on the high st, but is the most flattering cut for most body types. I was diffident about the outcome, this being my first experience of on-line bespoke tailoring, but I needn't have worried. The fit is perfect and the quality of workmanship first-rate. The flannel was a little coarser than I was expecting but this is not a problem (the trousers are fully lined). The weight is a good 14/15 oz which makes the trousers hang well and is hard wearing. These are perfect weekend semi-formal trousers for the winter months and look stunning which a sky blue Connery shirt (which I also ordered) and a pair of tobacco suede derbys.
I will certainly order another pair - perhaps in a summer weight fabric - when funds permit...

Just received my first pair of Indy's grey flannels- I can tell you now they won'y be the last. These were the staple of any well dressed gentlemans wardrobe but can barely be found anywhere these days.
The fit was perfect, and the flannel material substantial. Mine have a button fly and a straight hem. I'd recommend these to anyone who is thinking of purchasing- I'd be hard pressed to find a off the rack pair of trousers at the quality and price, and you get a custom tailored version to boot. Well done...

I ordered my first pair of these trousers in grey a while ago. The detail and finish really is superb. I'm about to order a couple more pairs and my only problem is deciding on which two colours to choose! I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to re-create that classic 1930's casual look.

Grey flannel trousers ? for more than half a century the staple informal leg-wear of the well dressed gent. Yet today it seems extremely hard to find a decent pair in a traditional full-cut style. As such I had Indy copy these from a pair of vintage trousers I have in my collection, and am extremely happy with the result. The attention to detail is superb ? I hadn?t even noticed that the originals had a watch pocket until I tried on the copies. The heavy weight fabric drapes wonderfully, and gives a great vintage silhouette. All-in-all a versatile and comfortable pair of trousers that have quickly become one of my favourite items of clothing.
