I received my order for this lovely frock coat in a very timely manner and as promised. I opted for a screen accurate replica (as pictured on Magnoli’s website). The coat, like many of Magnoli’s products, is made to order and should delight anyone who remembers the Tom Baker era of Doctor Who. I look forward to using it as a winter coat (as few will pick up on the fact that it is a replica from a TV show)...

This is a really handsome coat. The velvet on the back of the collar and trim throughout make it distinctive without being gaudy; the velvet also makes it more comfortable to raise the back collar against the wind if the occasion arises. The ample, curved lapel is an excellent detail too. The fit is very good, which I appreciate because clothes off the rack never fit me well and it's actually something of a revelation to have a coat that is fully comfortable and convenient to wear. I also appreciated that the requests that I made for extra length and a particular, contrasting lining were very willingly accommodated. It is worth noting that the coat does take quite a while to bring into being; from my experience it's best to assume a lead time of roughly six months until delivery...

I bought this coat as part of a complete Fourth Doctor outfit. After taking exhaustive measurements, the coat arrived absolutely perfect. No alterations needed! My wife and I were stunned. The materials are very high quality and match exactly what is seen on the screen in episodes such as "Destiny of the Daleks" and "The Invisible Enemy." The pockets are correct in size, number and placement - any of them are perfect for a bag of jelly babies! The lead time is long so make sure to order well advance of any need, but I assure you the product is worth the wait. I can't recommend this coat highly enough, it is worth every penny...
