Construction seems solid. Very comfortable. Fit is very good, and these boots get more comfortable and more attractive with wear. I like these boots so much that I've found myself wearing them much more often than I thought I would, so they just keep improving all the time! The insoles are easily removed and replaced if you need more cushion or support. The leather soles grip the ground well straight from the get-go, unlike most leather soles I've worn.
Not quite as pictured, but close enough. The boots that I received were missing the stitching detail around the heel and under the third eyelet at the ankle. So keep in mind that, as noted for many of Magnoli's items, what you receive may differ slightly from what's pictured. Also different, but not an issue for me -- my heels are all rubber rather than the half-rubber heels in the picture/description, and my soles are stitched, though I'm not sure whether the soles are actually sewn on or if this is just a cosmetic feature.
Overall, very happy with my purchase. I doubt you'll find anything comparable for a better price...Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
