Custom Suit
I ordered 4 custom suits from Indy Magnoli back at the beginning of 2008 for my wedding at the end of May '08 - for myself, my best man, my father-in-law & brother-in-law. Despite having to deal with a myriad of differing measurements, styling options, etc., Indy really came through & delivered a set of top-class perfectly tailored suits! He literally bent over backwards to make sure that everything was bang on the money for our Big Day. Looking back at the photo's now just confirms that it was worth every penny - Thanks again, mate - I will be ordering more stuff in the not-too-distant future, you can be sure of that . . ...

Indy has now made 2 custom made suits for me, both of which are outstanding! The first was a 14 oz. wool, midnight blue three-piece, with the vest having a lapel collar. The second was a 12 oz. wool/cashmere, three piece. Both of these have drawn compliments from co-workers and others - the material and styling are just first rate, and people notice. I look forward to several more purchases from Magnoli Clothiers - the best I've seen, not only in craftmanship, but also in customer relations geared toward adapting a suit to the customer's desires. Great job, Indy! Keep it up...

I had Indy make me up a 3 piece 1940s suit modeled after the one Humphrey Bogart wore in The Maltese Falcon (the one with the pinstripes). I had my measurements taken at my local tailor, and sent them off. I had specific requests such as jacket buttons that actually button and unbutton, as well as a 1 inch cuff and a high rise to the trousers.
I received the suit yesterday, and I swear a pair of gloves couldnt fit my hands as well as this suit fits me! What a brilliant job! The whole process took exactly 1 month including shipping and I couldnt be happier. Well done and highly recommended!

Some time ago I ordered the Custom Suit from Magnoli Clothiers - I wanted a lot of
special features, such as adjustable side tabs, 2 1/2" waistband, tapring legs on pants,
and lots of more, I did put together a webpage with descriptions and images, and sent
the URL to Indy, and, I had not been able to meassure myself properly, so I took the
meassurements from old clothing of my own.
Indy responded promptly - that the Custom Suit could indeed be reproduced from the
description & meassurements provided.
When the suit arrived - each and every little detail was exactly reproduced, according to
my description. And the the fit was extraordinary !
I am thoroughly pleased with the service of Magnoli Clothiers, and I can wholeheartedly
recommend Magnoli Clothiers...

Mr. Magnoli is passionate about his work and it shows. "Bespoke" describes best both the process and the product involved. I've purchased many suits off the rack over the years and the tailoring is simple - hem measurement here, chalk slashes around the legs, suit ready Thursday.
I visited Mr. Magnoli to have him create a suit for me. Instead of looking through racks of pre-made suits, we spent a couple hours poring over fabric swatchbooks. Then we discussed the style in exacting detail. Number of buttons, two piece or three piece, pocket styles and numbers, jacket, lapel length and shape as well as various bits of minutiae I can't recall. He also mentioned the historical and stylistic evolution as we went along.
After that were a couple dozen measurements. Everything is specified precisely. When I finally received my suit, it was then that I understood what "suit" really meant. The cut and fit is uncannily good. Highly recommended...

I have taken my time to write a review as I wanted to give the suit a good test drive (so to speak)... And it has performed very well. I asked Indy to make a suit loosely based on one he calls the Tennant. It is one of my work suits I never fail to get complements when I wear it; my boss, she loves it and that can?t hurt, can it?!
Well constructed, it fits perfectly and a suit I can enjoy wearing for along time. Let me finish by saying that it proved such a success that I ended up ordered a second suit in another colour.
Indy?s clothes are addictive... you have been warned...
