Amazing experience! The jacket looks so good and fits just right! It was my first time ordering with Magnoli Clothiers and they didn't disappoint. I had a problem during the process, but they quickly fixed everything. Even though it's considered White Label, the fabric and tailoring are unlike anything else I own. Perfect choice for a whovian cosplayer!..

This is my first jacket purchase from Magnoli and I am very pleased. First off, the staff checked a few of my measurements since my only fitted jackets were longer so they made sure everything was okay before sending off the final numbers which was great. It was my error and I appreciated the excellent customer service!
The turnaround time was excellent. I ordered on 1 October and once the measurements were double checked it was good to go by 5 October. I received it on 8 November, so it was about 1 month from submission to delivery.
The coat fits perfectly! Wearing a t-shirt it is a little loose on my arms (as expected) and has enough space that thicker shirts will also fit well under it. I love that all of the details are just right, the thin navy blue piping on the sleeves and pockets and the inside has not one but two pockets as well! The lining for the main body of the coat is navy and the sleeves are the matching lilac and look lovely and the rainbow piping is also totally accurate. The shoulders also have shoulder pads giving more structure to the jacket and are not overdone or annoying, instead they really help with how the jacket sits on your upper body. Furthermore, the fit with the shoulders is almost perfect - I am a very petite person and I frequently have problems with jackets being too tight on the shoulders to match the rest of my dimensions. I did measure several jackets to try to get a good number to submit due to this reason.
The only minor, super super super minor bit is that the coat ends right at my knees and that the Doctor's coat goes a touch farther more to the mid-calf, but this is likely due to the fact that my legs are longer than one would expect based on my upper body size and those measurements.
Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase. This has definitely given me more confidence to purchase another Doctor's jacket in the future! The attention to detail, material, structure and design are spot on...
