There's so much to say about this whole experience. Let's start with the product itself. I ordered the infamous 10th doctor Time Suit. I placed the order on June 6 and received it on June 24. I used their coupon for expedited shipping and couldn't have been happier with the results. I received my suit in a very timely manner. The suit itself is better than words can describe. I'm a HUGE Doctor Who buff so believe me when I say that this suit is one of the most screen accurate pieces you could own. I'm absolutely in love with it. I did however have an issue with my order, but the customer service was outstanding. I have never dealt with more genuine and patient customer service. They listened and responded to every concern and email I sent them with the upmost kindness. I will most definitely be coming back for more.Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
