Jon Fabian's review says it all! I am just writing to echo the praise that everyone else has posted.

My jacket arrived damaged by clumsy handling in the mail. I contacted Indy and the jacket was repaired at no cost to me and was performed inside 2 weeks. Incredible customer service and a jacket that fits like a dream. I could not be happier!
The jacket also has three internal pockets, one with a zip closure and a dinky mobile phone pocket. It's these little differences that really make me wonder how they do it for the money...
