During July we asked Mr Magnoli if he could make us "Academic Ties" to be awarded to our high achievers. We wanted a "long" tie and we thought the Dominican Crest on a dark-blue background would be good. Anthony gave us a choice of woven or screen-printed ties and we chose screen-printed. He then emailed us a sample of the tie and we were able to order by email. After an amazingly short time he turned up at the school with a box of beautifully packaged school ties. Our pupils received the ties with great interest and competition is keen to win one. I think this is partly due to the fact that the ties are beautiful in themselves.
