Like everyone else reviewing items bought through Magnoli Clothiers I honestly can't speak highly enough of Indy and his customer service. I had a LOT of questions and also ideas for alterations and Indy was VERY patient with the ideas and really took on board everything I wanted. I wanted the collar changing a little as to me it looked a little small, slight alterations to the sleeve design and also a darker colour brown. They have followed all these instructions and what I have in return is an amazing coat that is so screen accurate and everything I wanted! Can't speak highly enough of Magnoli Clothiers in general and Indy in particular, really great service and also a high quality product. I would say for sizing to be generous around the waist and hips as the jacket buttons up around here being long, I did have trouble with this and again Indy went above and beyond in terms of fixing this problem for me. Just need a good rain storm now to wander around in my Deckard Trench coat!Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
