I had always thought the design of this jacket was quite unique and inquired whether or not you could buy one online. Turns out it was a Desiel design and as they were now very popular, you could not find one.

Also if you look at the original jacket before it was modified for the film, it had these really ugly and cheap plastic zippers. The leather was also a crushed lambskin and not of the quality of Magnoli's jackets.

So after emailing Mr. Magnoli, we got the ball rolling and decided on a prewashed lambskin, as well as changing up the plastic zippers to a more subtle "hidden" zippers. This really makes the jacket street worthy, at the same time living up to the look of the film.
The jacket being the first took a long time to make, as there was a big backlog of work on their end. I am not very patient to begin with and Mr. Magnoli had to put up with my countless emails wanting updates. He took it in his usual good stride and with the upmost professionalism.
The finished product is actually a superior piece in my eyes than the one that was used in the film. The Jacket seems a tad thicker, and the detailing more apparent. I've been told by many its the coolest leather jacket they have ever seen. As good as the pictures taken of it are, they really do not do justice to how cool it actually is.
Magnoli Clothiers has again exceeded expectations and produced a great piece that it more than worth the price paid.
