The delivery was fast and my customer service experience was great! Shortly after I placed my order, I requested a specific delivery window via email. The delivery was made well within my requested window and in just a few short weeks after placing my order, the jacket arrived. The Jacket is well made and fits perfectly. There are PLENTY of useful pockets on the Falcon Jacket. I will definitely have no trouble finding places to store all the items I will amass at my next con. I was glad to have the option of choosing the color of the jacket. I plan to wear the jacket for both cosplay and leisure, so the color black will work great for any occasion.Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
