When I first saw these I laughed and thought "why spend so much on a pair of non-prescription glasses that look just like any old pair of reading specs?", then I watched '10th Doctor Matt''s review on YouTube and changed my mind.
These are so much better than the cheap 'brown leopard print' frames I already own. They have a unique subtle vintage quality to them, plus less than £50 (I paid no extra postage, tax or import costs) is expensive only if you usually buy your glasses from drugstores or market stalls. I have had lenses fitted in these type of cheap frames before, and they usually start to disintegrate after a while. I am much more confident these will last.
The only problem is, I don't wear glasses! So it's cosplay for now, but when my eyesight goes, they'll be waiting...Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
