This coat is awesome! I had it made to be knee-length and it’s very good looking. Nice and warm too. One change I made with a local tailor after receiving the coat (and one I highly recommend asking for when ordering if you get it cut long like I did) is adding a second buttonhole about 6 inches down from the existing single button. In a longer length I found that one button didn’t hold the coat closed well enough and adding the second button allowed the coat to hold some structure when buttoned. In the movie I don’t believe Newt ever wears the coat closed so a single button is probably more accurate, but part of the magic of Hollywood in costuming is a lot of taping, pinning, and internal structure to get the look just right at all times! Overall very happy with the results and the price was fantastic even with the addition of another buttonhole after the fact.Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
