I had my eye on this for years, but I already have too many watches, none of which need a new strap. I finally decided to treat myself after buying a nice retro-looking hybrid watch (with both an analogue and many digital faces) from a charity shop for a couple of pounds.
Although I am a fan of the X-Men films, I do not remember this prop, I just liked the look of it and thought that my watch's futuristic/steampunk look would be complemented perfectly with this fancy rustic strap, and I was right.
It is made from authentically old looking leather and metal, which in other circumstances might be a criticism, but not this time! The fact that it already appears worn-in (but not damaged) and not stiff, new and plastic-looking is a real bonus.
Unfortunately I completely destroyed my watch trying to change the battery myself, and had to spend a lot more money on a replacement, but that's another story!Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
