Excellent construction, I've had my pair for years now and there's barely any sign of usage despite being worn quite frequently - They're by far the most durable shoes that I've ever owned.
As far as replicas, for the price there is not a better option on the market unless you go for the custom made option that Magnoli offers, there are very minor differences between these and the original Marsell shoes that Heath Ledger wore as the Joker!
