I commissioned Magnoli to make this jacket for me back in the Autumn of 2013. Based on the reference pictures I supplied him with he produced a pattern and had some velvet custom dyed to obtain an excellent match for the screen used jacket (the one that appears in the Jon Pertwee stories The Time Monster, The Three Doctors, The Curse of Peladon and fleetingly, in The Planet of Spiders). The workmanship and materials are very nice indeed and compared to buying a modern smoking jacket from a quality UK maker, the price from Magnoli represents excellent value. I’m very tempted to ask Magnoli to make me a Planet of the Daleks jacket next!Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
