DESCRIPTION

This heavily detailed coat is made from multiple panels of rainbow-colored printed textured cotton canvas, black satin trim, gold embroidery, decorative buttons, a floral embroidered collar and jeweled cuffs. The "skirt" is composed of rainbow-patterned vertical tabards over multi-colored satin panels.
